Terms of Service

Effective Date: 22 June 2025

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ENFORCER Anti-Cheat ("ENFORCER", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ENFORCER software, SDKs, plug-ins, drivers, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). ENFORCER is currently developed and maintained by an individual developer based in the United Arab Emirates (the "Developer"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Game" – Any video-game title that integrates or distributes the Service.
  • "Developer" – The solo developer of ENFORCER Anti-Cheat.
  • "Cheat" – Any software, hardware, or method designed to modify or interfere with normal Game operation to provide an unfair advantage.
  • "Hardware Identifier" ("HWID") – Non-personal, hashed identifiers derived from your device components, collected solely for cheat-prevention purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you affirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

4. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your continued compliance, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely as integrated within a Game. You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) bypass or disable technical measures; or (d) use the Service for any purpose other than cheat prevention.

5. Operation of the Service

While a Game protected by ENFORCER is running, the Service may:

  • Collect and hash HWIDs to enforce device bans.
  • Collect IP address and basic network metadata for session integrity.
  • Scan Game memory and related processes for known cheat signatures.
  • Capture screenshots of the active Game window upon reasonable suspicion of cheating. Capture occurs only while the Game is in focus and stops immediately thereafter.
  • Generate crash logs and diagnostic data to improve stability and security.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for cheat prevention or as required by applicable law and may be shared with Game publishers and, where legally compelled, competent authorities.

6. Bans & Enforcement

If the Service determines that you have cheated or attempted to cheat, the Developer may recommend or automatically apply account, device (HWID), or network bans. Game publishers may rely on these recommendations to restrict your access to the Game. Ban decisions are final unless the relevant publisher offers an appeal procedure.

7. Updates

The Service may install updates, patches, or hotfixes automatically. You consent to such updates and understand that failure to install them may render the Service or Game inoperable.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated intellectual-property rights remain the exclusive property of the Developer. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Game or our website. Your continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
